I was in Taiwan recently for a couple of days on business, when I had a spare evening with nothing to do except watch the UK election results over the Internet in my room (exciting at first actually, but then got really dull!!) So I picked up my Canon 7D, a couple of lenses and a tripod and hit the streets.
It had been raining all day, and was still a damp evening, but the air was remarkably clear and crisp (for Taipei), and the colour of everything seemed to pop. So I kept shooting for a couple of hours, including a few time lapse attempts (my first with this camera). The finished piece was edited in Final Cut Pro, to music by Sigur Rós, and colour graded with Magic Bullet Looks.
