Nick is an independent Cameraman, Director of Photography and Editor for documentary, interview and corporate assignments, with award-winning documentary work, and experience developing original TV / online content.
He has shot and produced material for the BBC, National Geographic Channel, Al Jazeera, NRK Norwegian Television, ABC Australia, TVB Hong Kong, as well as many corporate and government clients.
Nick is also highly accomplished in the area of aerial film and video, with over 1500 hours logged on a wide range of commercial drones, and aerial missions. He has been building and operating drones for over 10 years, primarily in the areas of video and cinematography, and later in the area of structural inspection.
In addition to his DP experience, Nick is also the Founder and CEO of Dronesurvey Asia, a leading industrial drone services company offering advanced structural inspection services for markets in Hong Kong and Macau. He holds a full Certified Drone Pilot qualification recognised by the Hong Kong Civil Aviation Department (CAD), along with an Advanced Pilot Rating and a CAD-issued Advanced Operator Permit.
